In 2015, Calvin began his career in real estate as a Client Services Assistant at CBRE. In this role he was responsible for the production of marketing materials, creating proposals, developing industry and property research, collecting and managing data, preparing presentations, and providing one-on-one service to clients. 

After completing the Business Foundations program at Conestoga College, Calvin endeavoured to become a licensed real estate agent. 

Calvin joined RRA as the General Manager in 2016 and has since transitioned into his new role as Senior Vice President. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the business, producing and publishing marketing materials, and coordinating and managing real estate transactions.
